This widget is a slideshow, typically showing the most recently added pictures
at FeaturePics.com. Click the image to go to the page at FeaturePics.com where
the image is for sale. There you can see larger images as well as available
pricing options.
If you are a FeaturePics Author, you already have a RSS Feed of your images. You
can assign this RSS Feed as the widget content source. If you want to distribute
copies of the widget pre-assigned with your RSS Feed URL, the staff at
FeaturePics should be contacted to make arrangements. But the easier way would
be to send an email containing a link to this page and the URL for them to paste
into the widget that they would download here.
Change the Widget RSS feed to another.
1.- Find The Rss Feed
What is an Rss Feed?
An Rss Feed is a specially formatted file used to publish information. It is most
often used for blogs, news headlines,etc..
FeaturePics uses this to publish your pictures.
Example of Rss Feed
as seen in a browser.
Here is a list of possible widget content URLs at FeaturePics.com.
Go to FeaturePics.com Rss By Author
Click on the feed of an Author which will bring up that feed in your browser.
There will be a URL in the address bar of your browser, and it is the URL you
will need to paste into your widget. Copy the URL. In Safari you would
highlight the text in the address bar and either press the key combination
Command and C, or from the menu Edit | Copy . Other browsers have similar steps.
Another way tho get a Rss Feed is in every place where you see this button
Click on it and copy the URL as described in the previous
paragraph.. The image below shows an address bar, as well as the link that was
clicked to get to the page.

To Open the setting page of the widget, put your mouse over the widget. In your bottom right corner you will find a small "i". This is the common link to options in the Mac widget. Open the settings page and paste your URL in the "URL Feed" Box and Click Ok.
When you click on the download link the downlod window (shown below) will open. When it finishes downloading, double click the "FeaturePics Widget Mac." (second item on the window). Then a window will open asking you to install the Widget. Click Install and Your Widget will be added to your Dashboard
